The users got logged out of the ZCC before we could uninstall the app from their device. Now the major challenge we are facing is that we are not able to uninstalled the ZCC from the machines because we are not aware of the uninstall password. Now if we use the new logout password it doesn’t get synchronized with the users as they are already

Even with admin rights the Zscaler agent uninstall or disablement can be password protected. Must organizations do this to prevent these “workarounds.” Even using psexec or the like to uninstall as system account you will be faced with similar issues.
The first step in disabling Zscaler without a password is to open the command prompt. To do this, press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box. Type “cmd” in the box and press Enter. This will open the command prompt. Step 2: Stop the Zscaler Service.
